Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using JMADS.com, purchasing services, adding funds to your account, or applying to become a seller on our marketplace.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

01. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of JMADS.com, including our website, service listings, customer accounts, wallet features, ordering system, and seller services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any marketplace feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website.

You must have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you use JMADS on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

02. About JMADS

JMADS provides an online marketplace where customers can explore and order digital services. Depending on the listing and the applicable arrangement, services may be supplied by JMADS or independent sellers.

Each service listing may have its own price, requirements, delivery estimate, revision terms, and completion criteria. Please review the listing details before placing an order.

Important: A service description or delivery estimate is not a guarantee of a particular business result, audience size, sales volume, ranking, engagement level, or financial outcome unless a specific written guarantee is expressly provided with the service.

03. Customer Accounts

Some features may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details reasonably up to date.

  • Keep your password and login credentials confidential.
  • Do not impersonate another person or create accounts using false information.
  • Do not share account access in a way that compromises security or violates a service's terms.
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may ask you to verify account or order information when reasonably necessary to protect customers, sellers, or the marketplace.

04. Services and Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide the information, files, permissions, access, and instructions reasonably necessary to deliver the service.

  • Review the service description, price, and requirements before ordering.
  • Submit accurate links, account details, specifications, and other requested information.
  • Only provide access or permissions that you are authorized to share.
  • Respond to reasonable questions or requests needed to complete your order.

An order may remain pending while payment, deposit verification, required information, or seller acceptance is being processed. An order submission does not necessarily mean the service has been accepted or completed.

If a listing contains a clear error, is unavailable, or cannot lawfully be supplied, we may contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution, including cancellation or a refund where applicable.

05. Wallet, Deposits and Payments

JMADS may provide an account balance or wallet feature to help customers pay for eligible services. Available payment methods and deposit instructions will be displayed on the website or communicated through our authorized support channels.

Depositing funds

  • Follow the displayed instructions for the selected payment method.
  • Submit accurate payment references and genuine proof of payment when requested.
  • A deposit may remain pending until it has been reviewed and verified.
  • Submitting a payment screenshot alone does not guarantee that funds will be credited.

Wallet deductions

When you place an order using wallet funds, the applicable amount may be deducted or reserved according to the website's order process. Orders may be rejected if the available balance is insufficient.

Payment processing

Third-party payment providers, banks, or transfer services may apply their own fees, processing times, eligibility requirements, and terms. JMADS does not control delays or restrictions imposed by those providers.

Wallet limitations

Wallet funds are intended for eligible purchases on JMADS and are not represented as a bank deposit, investment, or interest-bearing account. Do not assume that balances are transferable, withdrawable, or redeemable unless that option is expressly offered by JMADS or required by applicable law.

We may investigate suspected payment fraud, duplicate transactions, chargebacks, or incorrect credits. Any correction, restriction, or reversal will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the facts of the case.

06. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the status of the order, work already performed, the reason for the request, and applicable consumer protection law.

Before work begins

If work has not started, you may request cancellation. Approval and any applicable refund will depend on the circumstances and the terms of the relevant listing.

After work begins

If work has started, some or all of the service may already have been performed or costs incurred. We will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution under the applicable service terms and law.

Failed, delayed, or incomplete orders

If an order cannot be completed, contact support with your order number and relevant evidence. We may investigate and, where appropriate, arrange completion, a partial refund, a full refund, or another mutually agreed resolution.

Wallet credits and refunds

Where a refund is approved, it may be issued to the original payment method or credited to the JMADS wallet, depending on the transaction, available payment options, and applicable law. We will explain the available method where necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a refund, cancellation right, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To request a review, contact support and include your order number, payment reference if applicable, and a clear explanation of the issue.

07. Seller Terms

If JMADS permits you to register or apply as a seller, you must comply with the seller requirements communicated by JMADS and these Terms.

  • Provide truthful information about your identity, services, experience, and pricing.
  • Only list services you are authorized and able to deliver.
  • Honor agreed service specifications and communicate material delays.
  • Protect customer information and use it only for legitimate order fulfillment.
  • Do not submit fake orders, fake reviews, fraudulent payment claims, or misleading delivery evidence.
  • Do not move transactions off-platform to evade applicable marketplace rules or fees.

Seller applications may be reviewed and approved or declined according to marketplace requirements. JMADS may apply commissions or other disclosed fees where applicable.

Seller earnings, payout eligibility, and payout timing depend on the applicable seller arrangement and any required verification. A seller must not claim to represent JMADS unless expressly authorized.

08. Delivery, Revisions and Completion

Delivery estimates are provided to help customers plan and may depend on the service, seller availability, customer cooperation, third-party platforms, and other relevant circumstances.

Customers should review delivered work promptly and use the order process or support channel to report issues. Revisions are included only where stated in the service listing or otherwise agreed in writing.

An order marked complete should reflect the actual status of the service. If you believe an order has been incorrectly marked complete, contact support with the order number and supporting details.

09. Acceptable Use

You must use JMADS lawfully and must not use the marketplace to facilitate fraud, abuse, or other prohibited activity. You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Submit fraudulent payment confirmations or attempt unauthorized wallet transactions.
  • Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, data, or restricted systems without authorization.
  • Manipulate reviews, orders, seller ratings, or marketplace systems.
  • Use services to spam, harass, deceive, or infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Provide stolen credentials or request unauthorized access to third-party accounts.
  • Interfere with website security, availability, or normal operation.

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect users, the website, and our service providers.

10. Intellectual Property

The JMADS name, branding, website design, text, graphics, and other website materials are owned by JMADS or used with permission, unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization or a lawful basis.

You retain any rights you already own in materials you provide. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to supply those materials and authorize their use for the requested service.

Ownership, licensing, and permitted use of completed deliverables depend on the service listing and any separate agreement. Do not assume that every third-party asset included in a deliverable is transferable or unrestricted.

11. Privacy and Information

We may process information needed to operate accounts, process orders, verify payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain website security.

Our handling of personal information is described in the JMADS Privacy Policy . By using the website, you acknowledge that you should review that policy before providing personal information.

Customers and sellers must not misuse, disclose, or retain personal information obtained through marketplace transactions except as authorized or legally required.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

JMADS aims to keep its website accessible and information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every listing will remain available at all times.

Where a service is supplied by an independent seller, the seller may be responsible for its performance under the relevant arrangement. JMADS may help review order issues, but the extent of our responsibility depends on the service arrangement and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, JMADS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud where applicable.

You are responsible for checking whether a service is suitable for your needs and for complying with the rules of any third-party platform connected to that service.

13. Suspension and Account Closure

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, address security risks, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or respond to serious misuse of the marketplace.

Where appropriate and lawful, we may notify you of the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Outstanding orders and wallet balances will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our marketplace, services, security practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.

Changes apply from the stated effective date, subject to applicable law. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before applying material changes.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable in Pakistan, to the extent legally appropriate. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or dispute-resolution processes with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact JMADS support so we can try to understand and resolve the issue. This does not prevent you from exercising any legal rights or remedies available to you.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with applicable service listing conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any separate written agreement, govern the relevant use of JMADS. If documents conflict, mandatory law takes precedence.
